CHECK-IN TIME: Rooms are guaranteed by 4:00 PM. Please feel free to arrive early.
If you arrive early and your room is ready, we will issue you a key for an early check-in. If not, you are welcome to pick up your complimentary pass to four local state park and nature reserves. You may then begin exploring the 810 acre Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park where Big Sur Lodge is located and four other local state parks; Andrew Molera State Park, Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, Limekiln Creek State Park, and Point Lobos State Reserve. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.

CANCELLATION: You must cancel your guaranteed reservation at least 72 hours prior to planned arrival in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation 7 days in advance is required for holidays and special events.

Please Note: Saturdays require a minimum two night stay. Holidays and special events may require a minimum of two or more nights.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept personal checks. ATM service is available for purchase and cash back in our grocery store.


Due to our natural setting and fragile ecosystem, pets are not allowed. We are within a State Park and "QUIET TIME" is 10:00 PM! We do ask that you respect those who come here for the peace and serenity. Thanks!
