Bed configuration may range from 1 to 4 beds in our cottage style rooms. All rooms have a front or back deck. Relax and enjoy a romantic evening or getaway.
$259 - $319 Holidays & Peak Season; $334 - $364	Kitchenette Rooms Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen with stove and oven, full size refrigerator, table and chairs for 4 to 6 people. Bed configurations range from 2 to 4 beds and may sleep 4 to 6 people. All have a front deck. Great for family get togethers!
$159 - $189 Holidays & Peak Season; $204 - $209	Standard Queen or King Rooms Standard king or queen bed rooms have either a front or back deck, sleeps 1 or 2 people. Views are of mountains and trees. These rooms are located a quieter area for your enjoyment.
$189 - $254 Holidays & Peak Season; $229 - $294	Standard Family Room Rooms have 2 to 4 beds and may sleep 4 to 6 people. Rooms have a front or back deck or porch looking out into the trees or towards the mountain tops. Some rooms are near our swimming pool and overlook a large grassy area.
$299 - $339 Holidays & Peak Season; $364	Fireplace/Kitchenette Rooms These deluxe rooms have a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and sleep up to 4 people. Enjoy both worlds with convenience of a full kitchen and cozy fireplace to spend some time away from it all.

• Lodging rates do not include 10.5% hotel tax and $1 transient fee

• Add $30.00 for second bedroom

• Rates include admission to Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, Andrew Molera State Park, Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and Limekiln Creek State Park.

• Cancellation Policy :

• 72 hour cancellation notice is required with a $35.00 cancellation fee

• Cancellations made within the 72 hour period will forfeit the 1st night plus tax.
