2010 Room Rates Accommodations

Big Sur Lodge is celebrating the new Express Mail stamp – an honor for the 78-year old landmark that  transformed tourism by paving the way to this remote wilderness best known for  harboring authors and artists. This architectural marvel, one of the top  ten highest single-span bridges in the world (714 ft. long, 320 ft. span), now  serves more than two million vehicles annually*.

Completed  in 1932, Bixby Creek Bridge introduced automobile travel to Big Sur and kicked  off a tourism boom for travelers plying the 90-mile stretch of jaw-dropping  seascapes and craggy coastline. Today, the region boasts nine State  Parks, and a world-class display of ancient redwoods, waterfalls and  pristine beaches.

Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen with stove and oven, full size refrigerator, table and chairs for 4 to 6 people. Bed configurations range from 2 to 4 beds and may sleep 4 to 6 people. All have a front deck. Great for family get togethers!

Standard king or queen bed rooms have either a front or back deck, sleeps 1 or 2 people. Views are of mountains and trees. These rooms are located a quieter area for your enjoyment.

  • Rates include admission to Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, Point Lobos State Reserve, Andrew Molera State Park, Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and Limekiln Creek State Park (Limekiln is closed for the winter).

  • Credit card guarantee required to hold advance reservations.

  • Cancellation Policy :

    • 72 hour cancellation notice is required with a $35.00 cancellation fee

    • Cancellations made within the 72 hour period will forfeit the 1st night plus tax.
